How do I sign up or register with smart lessons?
Click on “My Account” in Menu bar and enter your email id and password. You will receive an email about your registration confirmation. That’s it!

You may change your profile details under different sections like name, email, address by clicking into “My account” page. Below are the steps to follow.
- Login to your Smartlessons account
- Click My Account in the menu bar
- Click “Account Details” to change your name and email address
- Click “Addresses” to update your Address
- Click Save Changes
How to enroll in the course?
- Explore your favorite course in our Course Directory.
- Read the Course description, Target audience, Learning objectives.
- Watch the sample video.
- Once you satisfy with the details and sample video, you may press ‘add to learning basket’ button and perform checkout operation to pay the required amount.
- Make sure you have selected the language and validity options of the course
- Once we receive your payment, we will enroll you in the course and you will receive an email with necessary instructions
How to access the course?
After the course payment we receive, we will send an email with necessary instructions to access the course. In case if you do not receive an email in 2 hours, please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org
How long I can access the course?
It depends on your purchase. If you purchase the course for 6 months, you will receive the access for 180 days from the day you receive the enrollment email (12 months is equivalent to 365 days).It is mandatory to select validity period before the payment of the course.
What happens if I have a question on course concepts?
From course module, you can send a message to the faculty for all your questions with respect to the topic.
Once you purchase the course, an introductory lecture will brief you about the course elements like course structure, practice quiz, assessments, messaging to faculty and others necessary details
How the course elements are organized?
All chapters are dividied into bit size lessons for learner convenience. In the enrollment email, you will get a detailed video on course orientation about the elements and the method of completion of each lesson
What are the payment modes available to purchase the courses or products?
You may either pay through credit card, debit card or net banking. Or you can pay directly into our bank account. The bank details will be provided to you at the time of checkout for direct deposit method of payment.
How do returns or refunds work?
There is no refund or return policy once the purchase is done. Please go through the sample videos, learning objectives and target audience before you buy the course.
