Availability of GMAT online exam

GMAT Eligibility

GMAT Age Criteria

• The candidate must have completed 18 years of age

GMAT Exam Fees

The GMAT costs $275, which is roughly equivalent to 20,600 INR. Additionally, there will be an additional fee if the candidates want to switch the test location or reschedule it. Candidates who fail to appear for the exam will be charged the entire cost of the GMAT.

GMAT Cancellation Fee

You will be charged $200 and receive a $50 refund if you cancel the exam between one and fourteen days before the test date. If you cancel the exam 15 to 60 days before the scheduled appointment, you will be charged $175 and receive a $75 refund. Additionally, you will be charged $150 for the test and receive a $100 refund if you cancel more than 60 days before the scheduled appointment. Furthermore, within 24 hours of the scheduled test and time, the appointment for the test cannot be changed or canceled.

GMAT Rescheduling Fee

You must pay US$150 to reschedule the exam 1 to 14 days before the test date. Additionally, you must pay US$100 if you need to reschedule the exam 15 to 60 days before the scheduled appointment. You must pay US$50 if you reschedule the exam more than 60 days before the test date.

GMAT Registration 2022

Candidates must register for the GMAT exam by setting up an account on its official website, mba.com. The step-by-step online GMAT registration process is described here. The GMAT test is given several times a year. There are hence no set dates for the GMAT exam. At least three months prior to the scheduled date, candidates should register for the GMAT Exam. A candidate may only take the GMAT five times in a rolling 12-month period and once every 16 calendar days. Additionally, a person has a lifetime limit of eight GMAT attempts.

The candidates have the liberty of giving the exam anytime in the year at their convenience. The important thing to note is that the candidates can reschedule their next attempt only after 16 days of taking the first attempt. A candidate is only allowed five attempts in one year. • Step 9: After paying the fee your GMAT Registration is complete.

Different ways to register for the GMAT

• Through Phone: The candidates can also schedule by phone by calling the GMAT Customer Service of their region. Candidates have to pay a US $10 surcharge for scheduling the exam by phone.

• Postal Mail: The candidates can also pay through cheque to schedule the GMAT exam.

GMAT Exam Dates

There is no set official GMAT exam date for 2022; instead, you can select any day that works for you and is open to you. After 16 days, you can repeat the GMAT exam if necessary. The GMAT exam can be taken once every 16 days, or you can retake it. A maximum of five times a year are allowed for exam appearances. It is advised that applicants register themselves two to three months before the exam date. You can register up to 24 hours before the exam date if you do it over the phone or online. However, it is safer to go with early registration because you will then have a schedule to follow as you study for the exam. Even coaching organizations advise you to sign up as soon as possible so you have plenty of time to get ready.

The GMAT pattern comprises four sections:

Syllabus of GMAT

GMAT is a three and a half hours test with a maximum score of 800 points. The GMAT tests the candidate's abilities on various parameters. Further, the GMAT Syllabus has four sections:

Your four GMAT sections, overall score, and each of your five GMAT scores are reported on a set scale. These are your official GMAT score results, which are displayed on your score report. When is the GMAT result available?
